Welcome to Our AP Way Self Directed Adventure

Our AP Way is all about the culture we need, to ensure we're successful for another 200 years. It describes what's special about Australia Post and the behaviours and mindset we need, to deliver our strategy.

Following the road on the mainscreen, and visit the different areas of Australia Post by clicking on the buttons.

Click on the "Help" menu in the top right hand corner of the page for assistance or for help in your own language.

IMPORTANT!

You'll need to complete each section in one sitting as your progress cannot be saved.

Once you have completed a section you must fill out the certificate, and either save a copy to your device, or take a photo with your mobile. You will need to do this for all of the 5 sections (Welcome, Parcel Facility, Post Office, Community & Support Centre) to ensure you get paid correctly.

It is recommended you complete Our AP Way on a computer or laptop - if you need to, ask your site manager if there is a laptop you can use on site.
